Borries Plass is a senior business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Asia and Europe (incl. France), specializing in practical, hands‑on business consulting, general management, operations, and sales. He has successfully led enterprises as a legal representative, managing multiple business locations and developing high‑performing intercultural teams.
His expertise includes building compliant, future‑ready organizations by integrating tools and technology to streamline operations. Borries is particularly passionate about cultivating diverse teams and implementing systematic frameworks that elevate both internal efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Tam Le is a marketing and communications professional with over 6 years of experience in different settings, i.e. publishing house, integrated marketing and communications agencies, and in-house team. With a special focus on energy transition, Tam led the marketing and communications for industrial clients, helping increase client acquisition for solutions such as rooftop solar, energy efficiency, and climate tech.
Her expertise includes copywriting, public relations, event management, digital marketing.
